Changed my oil in my bike for the first time yesterday. Filled it to the middle of the fill window, and it quickly went down and disappeared below it. Let it run for 5 minutes, then filled it back to the line. Let it run, and it disappeared again. Filled it to the line. Left it overnight, and now it's below the line again. No leaks anywhere. Should I stop filling it to the line and just leave it?

What bike

It's a decent dual sport. It's long lasting. It does pretty well both on road and off. It's obviously a little heavier than "pure" dirt bikes but if you can manage manage the weight you probably won't have a whole lot of complaints in that department. I actually really like its suspension.
$2700 sounds like too much for an 01. The 03+ got better forks and shock and a cam chain tensioner that won't fail.

Does anyone own one of these Klim Krios helmets? Are they comfy and are they worth it. I know they're expensive, but I want to protect my noodle.

The comfort level of a helmet is like 90% determined by the shape of your head

How are these ADV style helmets on the highway? I like the look and the big visor seems nice for scenc rides but I can't imagine they'd handle high speeds very well.

i gave my variant away, for a few reasons.
the visor adds a shitload of drag compared to most visored helmets and its fuckheug, which amplifies its shit aero if you try to look around.
its also pretty damn loud in all areas.
my arai has about half the drag, less than half the noise and is pretty nice all around but still pulls when looking around due to the pointed nose.
however on anything with a windshield that throws air over your head this is most irrelevant

Just got back from riding before the rain comes in for the next few days.
I like my variant so far, had my bike up to 120mph earlier with it on and didn't notice anything that felt weird as far as drag goes but that being said I have a zero gravity double bubble on my bike and it throws the wind above my head. I feel like if I had a naked bike it would be noticeable though.

I used a variant for a solid 2 months, it was shit. I really like my icon alliance though.

You'll need the clutch in gears that are not 1st.
Move forward at 20kph and about 2k rpm, open it and pull gently up. You wont even need to move on the seat.

Installed the exhaust and rear wheel, also fixed the rearset of a bike I was paid to repair. Just waiting on a radiator and it'll be to the point where the customer will take it away and do the rest.
