I don't know about you, but I pay an enchanting trainer five times every level while I actually play the game with other skills. Once it's decently high, I just disenchant shit to get the rest of the way there.

Nothing but Skyrim and Morrowind lately.

I have to regenerate them via dindu anyways, added a bit of mods that change exteriors.

I just look for a nice location and wing it unless I'm trying to tell a story.

Well if you are building a story you must have a scenario in mind first, right?
From the point of already having an idea it's usually not to hard to start piecing things together. Look at location options, get all characters ready and in one location, clean save with everything ready to go, pray the game doesn't crash while setting up the scene.

I usually just wing it as I'm adventuring and shit, except for when an idea for a story or screenshot pops into my head beforehand which happens very infrequently.

I shotgunned the second half of VA-11 HALL-A last night, and loved every second of it.
