you learn all that shit in those ranks
beyond that is timing, positioning, tactics and general experience and game knowledge that lets you bring it all together
the other obvious factor is communication
in bronze to gold more than half the players have no mics or don't communicate
no call outs mean teammates die when they shouldn't

there is no secret on how to climb, you just have to find 2-5 other people who you mesh with

beyond plat you can solo queue and get good results because most people are past learning the game and will communicate and take/give suggestions without sperging out
