What's out there, Veeky Forums? Seems like slim pickings and I don't want to be part of the MacPherson meme.

Sweet bait mang

those are high demands for your local transit company. Give it a few years and bus technology might catch up.

1G DSM, FD, S2000

Talon suspension was downgraded?

2G as well.

Solstice/Sky
NSX
Supra
Pre-00's Honda

1Gs are macstrut/multilink. 2Gs are double wishbones all around.

Do Supras not have struts in the front?

Prelude

...

Chevrolet Corvette
Honda S2000

this is now a pepe cars thread

best one

Have you thought about a civic, integra, or miata?

I have, and have driven all of them. Was just trying to see what else is out there that isn't $12k+

the scion tc

scion frs

i think the newest mustangs???

>has double wishbone on all four corners
Does multi-link count as double wishbone? If so:

VW Phaeton
Honda Accord
BMW X5
Mazda 6

Imagine being this poor kek

TC and FRS have MacPherson fronts

FRS has mcstruts

Also VW Passat B5 and multiple Audis

There is nothing wrong MacPherson struts

daily reminder that our lord and savior COLIN CHAPMAN thought struts were a sufficient solution. but go right ahead, i'm sure you know better

whats wrong with mcpherson struts fag

>that camber change in corners
>not being adjustable
No.

Camber is adjustable on mac struts.

Static, yes. Rate of camber gain is very poor otherwise.

just run more static camber like everyone in the real world does. its not like anything on serious tires has enough wheel travel for camber gain to make a difference. do you really think your miata on 700 pound springs is going to roll enough to get another degree of camber? of course not, the camber you start with is very nearly the camber you're going to get. it only makes a difference for OEM engineers who have to worry about someone pushing the stock suspension past its limits and keeping it tame.

>he fell for the double wishbone meme

I mean Porsche uses McPherson struts on everything but their ultra high-end hypercars, even the GT3 RS.

>tfw stock ef civic
>crazy camber gains from body roll

>tfw both of your cars use double wishbone

>tfw McPherson all the way around

>car has macs in the front and semi trailing arms in the rear
>with such a flawed suspension design still manages to be the most successful production car to go racing ever

OP fell for the double wishbone meme
