Extremely high service costs, shit maps with massive open ocean, everyone has high range so getting sighted ensures you get focused and HE or AP spammed to death, torp walls and smoke clouds everywhere, CVs when you find them can simply power through any AA screen and delete you if they want, exposed citadels and awful handling ensure BBs have no fun, the sheer amount of damage make sure CAs have no fun as they get deleted on sight, and DDs have no fun because of the proliferation of Radar.

All of this basically guarantees you will get a team unwilling to press forward and instead prefer to snipe, blueline, and hide.

WR, ship kills and survivability. mannering this per ship would work nicely, would work against the average damage disparity between DDs and CAs for instance, while eliminating damage farming and adding the survivability value is likely one of the better means to measure how much of the kills you got are actualy meaningful.

the only real weird part is that a high survivability with no kills means low contribution, so WR would be more of a consequence of divisioning and being carried.

Damage should be tied into ship kills and survivability so you don't get people kill stealing for stats and to actually show that those people earned their own kills.

damage can be repaired, making it unreliable and that would make kill securing not an asset as well.

if the API shows damage on % of the target including the heal it did, it would definitively be a asset, but still not a big weight of it

Yes, but a 15k average damage with 3 KDR would probably means the player is just kill securing. Damage healed back is still damage done towards killing the target too.
It should be fine to set the % of damage lower than WR and survivability but enough to show some significance of the person carrying.
