Hanzo's damage needs to be lowered, his attack speed increased (same dps but can no longer do 250 damage headshots) and scatter shot reworked so the scatters come out of the person it hits and won't fucking insta kill them and is good for team damage.

They likely increased his spread in Sentry so that people wouldn't try to rely on it all the time for everything. Go to Sentry to shred shields, barriers, and distant tanks, switch to Recon to deal with non-tank people up-close. Before that second half wasn't viable because of his spread and low magazine.
