One of talents make him immune to roots but not stuns.

Wall Riding itself only makes him immune to body blocking and improves his speed to just a tiny bit slower than a mount. There are talents he can take to make it give him 25% damage reduction, immunity to slows/roots, move far faster than a mount and so on.
His only anti-stun talents are a talent that makes it so he heals every time he gets stunned/silenced/stopped he heals, and a talent that cleanses allied stuns but not his own.

No, he is only immune to body block.

Question:
In 95% of my matches, I'm always top experience with like a huge comparison to all of my teammates. Is this any good? Am I being too passive with how I play? Sometimes, I do play Specialists, and I really wanna get good with Abathur, but I also get to play tanks and assassins whenever I can.
I also always try to go even (by going from top to mid or anything such as that, or take mercs) vs my enemy in terms of levels whenever we're behind, which I guess it's a great thing?

Soaking experience is really good, but only if you're not giving too much up for it. For example, if you're just passively soaking a lane while an objective is going on, you should really be at the objective.

As a rule of thumb, though, if there's nothing important going on at the moment, you should be soaking.

Yeah, I literally always contest them, even if I'm top soaking while the objectives are at bot side. I do try to shove if I can, or if I have a good hero that actually can shove, but otherwise, I jump right forward to the objectives.

I honestly thought I was just doing too much soaking but it just seems to be good.

Yeah, a big problem at lower levels is that lanes often just go unsoaked when there's nothing else on the map to do. Soaking efficiently is definitely one of the better ways to get better at the game.

I realized immediately, yeah. Lanes go uncontested and it's kinda impressive because not even the enemy takes opportunity of this. I even see people go 2 top at BhB which is kinda questionable when you can just have 1 at both top and mid if it's a specialist or just someone that can clear easily.

What hasn't and isn't creeped, though? Heroes that are new and have been buffed/reworked are mostly better than those untouched/old.

Gaz, Aba and Azmo still needs some work and buffs to be reliable and competent without being niche, overly situational and people complaining about it in higher-level play.

Azmo is fun, it just feels so bad that Q is absolute dogshit if you don't talent for it, meaning you can never properly talent for laser. Even if you talent for Q, your contribution to teamfights still isn't massive. Why can't it have more base damage? Why can't I get a "reduce CD by 4 seconds for each enemy hit, up to 8 seconds" talent for Q?
