How much of a SP boost will be cerebral accelerator? I found i have come old accounts with shitty alts (4.8m with mostly in in mining and 2.3 mostly in gunnery) and thinking if it's worth revivng them or making new ones.

While Brave is not a scam, farming them to force people to join Horde is literally PL's plan. Obviously.

Brave are great to get pvp experience with, but less so to make tons of ISK. It's possible that they're finally realising that feeding pl content whenever they appear to shit on them won't get rid of them, and that fucking off elsewhere is the best way to deal with them if they're intent on farming you and you can't escalate to meet their forces. It goes against Brave's instinct to take fights and have fun, but regrettably has to be done. It's not something that's easy for leaders to deal with, although I've no idea whether Brave leadership has improved since they were last in catch.

Okay...even though 2.9m is mining i will leave thiss one untill i decide what to level him in, maybe just standard PI but feel wastefull without training all 3 slots, or just meme ORE miner.

I'm sure PL has some grand plans, but really doubt this is one of them at the min. PL is largely run by whichever FCs are active at the time, so if a few people decide having a go at Brave is fun then they'll go and kick over their sandcastle at the min. A lot of Horde leadership is actually pretty pissed off with PL for repeatedly destroying local content, with Brave being a great source of content for new players and training for FCs that is wandering off to the south.

On a not so bitter note, I did learn a lot in brave, and I would recommend the Corp to anyone who wishes to learn how to live in null, fleet ops and pvp. Most people in brave are also really friendly and fun.

And no I didn't join Karmafleet nor Horde. I'd rather kill myself than being part of PL or goons.

So it's a RNG-based heat "bleed" damage, huh.
Since the MWD itself never took damage, yet at least, I'm assuming that excluding the "bleed" there's a heat threshold after which the overheated module itself starts taking damage.

So if I have nothing but an MWD fitted, I can actually get away with 1 cycle overload for free.
Can't imagine where that'd prove useful, but nevertheless good to know.

I don't think I ever ganked a new player. I killed some new player in a war dec but I'm pretty sure he didn't care because he spent the next 2 months following me around asking advice. Now that I think about it I took a bunch of new players out on suicide roams to FW so I guess I'm a big guy.

First estimate is 2 trips: high volume hulls (~1-1.5b) in freighter then low volume mods (2-3b) in something safer like a blockade runner.
