ITT: used cars under $40k that will appreciate or hold their value
pic related, you can pick one up for $30k
>that will appreciate or hold their value
do you hate women
>being a stupid faggot & buying a car purely for value & not for driving pleasure
kill yourself you human piece of garbage
He is right tho. E9X m3 hit their low
>bmw
overrated and overpriced
Cars that appreciate or hold their values are the most pleasurable to drive.
pic related, $20-$25k
>Hit its low
>For a model that's just 10 years old
In 10 years they'll be worth 10k like e36s today.
>10k for an e36 M3
You wish. The US model with 300k miles doesnt count
>n/a high reving v8 m3
>comparable to s52 e36 m3's
LOL
lol, judging cars by brand? what a pleb. True enthusiasts like me judge cars by their model and production year *tips fedora*.
pic is $30-$35k
>pic is $30-$35k
damn, would not pay that much
S2s start from well under £15k here
they are considerably more rare here in burgerland
also
>Evo X /w stickshift and factory recaro seats: $20-$25k
The only vehicles that hold value are boomer mobiles that aren't daily driven.
there's probably like 10 cars in the world that would ever appreciate
and none of them are under 40k
I wish I could find a clean and unmolested one for 25k
dougdemuro.kinja.com
Relevant. Was written in 2013 too
Whatever you say, dude.
>S2000 CR, $25-$28k
I see nice ones pop up once in awhile, example: sfbay.craigslist.org
still depreciated by 12k you autist
wew a car that no one asked for is not an appreciating asset
who would've thunk it
OP clearly says used cars you ret
good lord you're retarded
>$20-$25k
Thats still a depreciated price.
Oh nice another retarded trip that can't read the OP
t.buttmad 2fast2furious turboweebs who think that hairdresser's honda will be worth more than 25k in a few years lmaoing at ur life
it isn't worth 25k even now
Used cars you can buy right now for under $40k my man.
pic related Z4m coupe, $25-$32k
I don't give a fuck about some shitty honduh japcrap shitbox. Read the OP before you post in threads you ret
>damage controlling this hard
KEK
>z3 M coupe /w s54, $32-$40k
Except those won't appreciate. There's absolutely no indication they will either.
I miss my baby
...
For poorfags, look no further than an unmolested 240sx. S14 Koukis are around 10k near me in good condition, used to be 8k. As long as JDM fags wrap them around light posts the prices will increase.
...
>under 40k
And many of them still are
M3's don't appreciate in value.
The only M3 yet to do so is the E30 M3
MAYBE it appreciates if it's a low mileage, no stories 6 speed. The special edition ones will appreciate such as the Lime Rock M3 but not a DCT E92 with 100k
I think the 991.2 991 GT3 will appreciate in time. This could the last N/A flat 6 with a manual transmission Porsche will offer. Being the facelifted model it should hold it's value over the 991.1 GT3. It could be the 991R all over again on a smaller scale.
The speculators will go crazy over these and set the used value higher than MRSP probably lol, Cayman GT4....
Porsche collectors and enthusiasts are crazy and will pay or do whatever the cult leader (Porsche) tells them to.
...
Saw one of these in person, not so big, I could probably kick its ass if I get it from behind.
my evo x will hold its value
it has the recaro seats
and no sat nav
What happened to it? I remember HSV released a few manual E-series senators which looked great. I love the comfy suspension of a senator / grange; no bogans hit the tougay.
>I could probably kick its ass
No, your riced civic will not be faster than a GT3
Ill admit you got me I do have a civic... but for real my car has beet porsche cayenee and mecans before in straight line races because I have a k-series swaped engine, has like 300bhp.
>BMW
>will appreciate or hold value
ISHYGDDT
That doesnt even make sense. Go back to your lexus thread
They will hold their value better than the mass produced e9x M3, without a doubt.
Rarity is on their side.
Sold it to put a deposit on a house. A manual one would have been awesome, but desu I think the 6 speed auto with the HSV tune on it could probably out-shift me on the windey downhills.
E9x m3 is a special car for numerous reasons. Last of the naturally aspirated M cars.. The S64 is such a based engine.. Last of the 2-door M3s..
I'm not thinking it'll appreciate much but there may be a special market for them one day.
Are you the guy with the 94 EG hatch w/ sinple mods?
True M cars sport a straight six. Not a V8 with with electric assisted steering.
For most BMW fans the M marque died with the e85/6, e46, and the e39.
135i and the M2 are not bad for a "modern" car tho
That's not to say I don't like the S64, but after one test drive, the e92 just didn't feel as "pure" as mine. Then again, that could just be the e9x chassis and not the engine.
Regular Z4m Roadsters are considerably cheaper.
There is honestly no good reason other than the fact that they are becoming collectors items, for them not to be less than 16k for your average model.
But the fact is they usually are still around 20k.
>Regular Z4m Roadsters are considerably cheaper
And thank god for that. Drop tops are the shit. Pic related: mine. That said e9x M3s are just depreciating as much as all the M cars do, they are just a few years newer than an 19k Z4M vs a 24k E92 M3.
The Z4M however is more rare. Just look at S52 Z3M vs M3. The S54 Z3M is worth far more. The Z cars have rarity and will bottom out probably around the same as the e9x Ms, but the e86 will always be on top with ~1400 in the US.
Not electric steering. And the M5 wasn't a real M car? Get out with your poser shit, benchracer deluxe.
The e9x is electric assisted despite having a primarily hydraulic system. School yourself. And I've owned/own multiple ///M's benchracer. Maybe someday you won't be poor.
God I hope this is bait.
>///M
Can't say that's me bro sorry
Good argument
Thanks man.
>not understanding the meme
Only faggots without an ///M bitch about it. Bread on hood, or take your V8 you long for and shove it up your ass.
...
You havent posted your ///M yet
How about one of these? Only $38,500! FIRM (I know what I got)
hemmings.com
I am being facetious, by the way. You can get cheaper Cadillacs in better condition.
but I did. had an e36, e46, truly love the brutality of the e85.
Classic cars aren't used cars. They're not the same at all.
>$40k "restoration project"
>"Color combination"
>Pay more for extra parts
What the hell is this, a Craigslist for rich people?
I can get an E36 M3 for 9000 euros. I bet I could get it for even less if I lived in Germany.
Z8 has never lost any value. You could buy it new, drive it daily for a year or two and sell it for what you bought it for.
