Speccing like this is pretty bad these days for PvP. Almost all of the points in Arcane go to waste, all to get a blanket silence. Blanket silences are not super useful, even in PvP, because instant heals are not particularly powerful (like they are in TBC), and Counterspell can be used pretty effectively once you get used to not being juked like a fucking noob.

Rather than blanketing a healer to kill them, you're much better off pressuring them by spamming damage into them. That's why Fire Mages Scorch so much, because it stacks debuffs like Imp Scorch and Ignite, and keeps healers casting so that they'll be vulnerable to CS and then being blown up.

If you want to spec Deep Frost, then you should go 17/0/44, which you can Google. A lot of points in that are up to personal preference (like Permafrost/one point in Imp Blizzard/Winter's Chill/Imp Coc). If you wanna make PvP highlight videos, you're better off as Elemental or Fire or PoM.

Oh and also it seems silly to go that far into arcane and not have the instant cast talent

17/0/44, for low levels of hit (aka your shit gear). Has blanket CS (good, but not as good as you think), both +hit talents, and everything important in Frost. This build has less Frostbite in favor of Permafrost and Imp Blizzard (which you should be using R1 of pretty regularly), but that's personal preference.

Elementalist spec, with Scorch talents instead of Imp Fire Blast. Helps you pressure healers a lot more. As with all Elementalist specs, you should be relying a lot on Shatter combos (Frostbolt ---> CoC) and instant nukes.

I don't have a PoM/Pyro spec for you, because those are honestly shit before you have ToEP and ZHC, so don't do it until then.

Talisman of Ephemeral Power, Zandalarian Hero Charm. Essentially they're the trinkets that you pop at the same time to do stupid damage, and their cooldowns are short enough that you can sync them with AP/PoM.

It's good, just not that good. People go 17/0/44 because they want to be decent enough at both raiding MC and PvPing, and the Arcane talents are more useful than the Fire ones once you're committed to going full Frost.
