If he hit you before doing it, you're fucked and will take a light attack, if you're against a wall when he does it you're fucked until your back stops hitting a wall or he runs out of stamina. The timing to dodge it is some shit. Dodging back in general seems to give any attack or guardbreak a lunge for the enemy.
