Once you get a good flow going it can be pretty relaxing jumping from node to node. Put on some music or some podcasts and gather up a storm.

The money you can make and the ability to cover your own materials whenever needed helps too.

Well, we're still looking for a permanent OT (PST...), but we've had a sub run with us for the past 2 raid days. He was fresh to 11s afaik, but we've been managing to consistently make it up to the tower phase at this point. Progress has been kind of slow as everyone gets used to playing together as a group, but I'm happy that we've managed to come this far without immediately falling apart or having to replace anybody.
