How do I unscratch a disc?
The scratches are barely visible, but my PS2 won't read it.

You can't really do that.
Might want to look into realigning the PS2 laser and other techniques to improve reading.

The original (non-Platinum) release of Gran Turismo 4 for example is a game that often has problems with reading discs. And that game often has disc reading problems on PS2s that aren't PS2 Slims

Note that you can just remove the white/metal bit from the DVD drive casing and just pop it on the disc. Also some models might have two white adjustment knobs.

How do I use the AC unlocker?

Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V

Put it in the freezer a couple of hours, dry it with a napkin.
Another method is puting banana all over it.
