The only change that seems any kind of good to me was more untech on DP which might make IAD DP not totally 100% actually legitimately useless in all scenarios ever, but just saying more untech time is really ambiguous and might not be enough to make it not still a trash move. Everything else on that list is either shit or doesn't matter to me so that character is still dumpstered as far as I'm concerned.
