Haven't played in ages. Is it worth continuing my character (Lvl 50 400odd AP Destroyer) or just starting fresh at this point?

Reroll on mushin and start fresh, it's really quick to hit 50 and you get spoonfed a decent weapon.

What makes it quick to hit 50? It took ages when I first plated. Any suggested class? Does the game still run like ass?

They massively increased the experience you get from quests, to the point where all you need to do is hit level 35ish and then just do the main story all the way to 50, and they also give you the weapons you need to breakthrough and evolve your hongmoon weapon.

I would suggest that you play whatever you enjoy, and the game got updated with a 64 bit client which helped a lot with performance issues, though it's still not that optimized.

They made a bunch of changes to leveling process, you don't need to spend time grinding for upgrade materials anymore, and the story quests give massive amounts of EXP (so much so that you can completely drop sidequests at 36 onward).

Classes: Anything but Destroyer, pretty much.

Game runs pretty OK now with the 64 bit client that came out this week.
