Yea looks like your amd is burning itself to death (what a surprise)... Im not sure how cpu dependent is Ac but things like shadows render on the cpu so you might as well get them as low as possible. That goes for any post processing effects as well.
And get a new cooler...

It works alright but is very much focused on the top 3. You could argue that's how real world broadcasts are done, and I only skipped through it, but it still kinda sucks.
