I never understand this, heroes are so hard to grasp and skillsets so specific that you'll dumpster games by switching heroes, unless you literally only played one hero for 200 hours

look at the other skins you have and wonder if the event skins are better.
also, hog is getting "nerfed" again and with enough whinning, Winston might get a buff sooner or later.

you just need to play more, find someone you have fun playing with, and try to improve your mechanical skill in either rank or qp
