I would have to say Shattered Skies was my favorite overall, but my favorite and most liked section were the Yellow segments in Farbanti and Megalith.
Cutscene? The scene of Stonehenge firing was cool, and the intro to Megalith was sexy, but I'd have to say the harmonica scene was probably my favorite of the animated ones.
But, the animated cutscenes were all good.

I was tentatively planning on streaming AC3 later tonight, but if other people are streaming I can do it another night.

Why doesn't Zero have the production value of 5? It didn't have as many cutscenes, the in between graphics were simpler and it was way shorter.
