There's some wiggle room there for them to change their minds, but it's a good sign.

I like the idea of getting another chance at the event items I've missed, especially since I didn't have the game for the summer event, but another part of me thinks it diminishes some of the specialness/exclusivity of the items. Also if they keep doing new events, and keep up their promise of repeating old events, it could become a clusterfuck after a few years.

That's nice and all, but at a rate of 2 characters and 3 maps in 7 months is not terribly fast.

I'd be fine with the slow pace of characters, I just want primarily more maps and game modes. Arcade and CTF are definitely a step in the right direction.
