Bots are so strong now. They take advantage of the environment, React to your feints, Combo you, counter guardbreak and adjust to your repeated actions. It's so good man.

I'm really tempted to get it but I got a few questions left.

Are the server problems mostly fixed? And how are the Lawbringer and Heavy Weeb?

I don't pay attention to the flash and just do it right before the attack connects.

I had issues with it too. I used audio to get the timing, When my character grunted from getting hit was the right timing to guardbreak counter.

It seems like they tightened the window for Guardbreak counter. Could just be my bias but it seems that way, it also seems that stamina is much more scarce than before.

Just wait until you counter someone into GB, throw them behind you, flip them over your shoulder, stun them, smear them on a wall, flip them over your shoulder again, and execute them with a heavy.
