I am playing For Honor on PC, wired ethernet connection. Every other game I play (including other uPlay games) my NAT type is open, however For Honor is always Strict and I had to open loads of ports just to get moderate.

Be aggressive, playing passive means you have to "counter attack" and get light attacks off of parries.

Someone explain to me why the PS4 controller is suddenly so temperamental. I played the entire open beta without a single hiccup and now every second button press changes the icons (and by the looks of things, the actual control scheme) to the keyboard ones. So if I press L2 it'll lock on, but if I press it again, it'll be a heavy attack. It's the weirdest fucking shit.

Shugouki is for scrubs. Just use your super armor to hit people who are better than you then use your skill grab in desperation and get it to hit 1/5 times.

i do much better with KB+M, i rebound guardbreak to M4 from M3, i just feel like my reactions are much better since i have more fingers on the buttons ready to be pressed compared to a controller where i have to move shit around all the time

hell still be the most fun, and he doesnt really need a nerf. literally every attack is parry or dodge bait theyre so slow. only retards treat him like any other class and try to stun him when theres a very obvious visual cue that his armor is back up

It does nothing. I've even exited the game entirely and went back in. There appears to be no rhyme or reason to it. Both X and O are dodge now. R1 is both quick chat and light attack, but so is L1, but L1 is also lock on, but so is L2 but L2 is also the heavy attack, but R2 is also the heavy attack sometimes too.

I'm going to try to run it through Steam and see if that helps.
