lucio is not too groundbreaking in terms of healing, but can end up healing a good bit if his team keeps sticking together and he uses his amps well

Is a one time shield actually better than the heal? Ragnaros' submerge is a 90 second cd but safety bubble is a bigger heal every 14 seconds plus free movement.

Having only played against it, march feels as useless as ever

Maybe it's Lucio boosting his team and they're tripping over them when they wouldn't at normal speed but I've been melting people all afternoon. Level 20 and it's just impossible for the other team to advance against yours, probably the best upgrade in the game.

Tassadar is still extremely powerful as a 2nd support, but intelligent players such as myself have realized Zarya and even Medivh are better than him.

She was nerfed hard several times in a row.
On release she even had an ATTRACTION ZONE on her long range skill shot. It was completely overpowered.

Yeah, Overmind would probably be better but as a hero I feel C'thun directly only works as a core-replacer himself.
Same with Yogg-Saron.

I'd personally really enjoy C'thun/Yogg being temporarily summoned as a heroic for one of their high-ranking minions like Skeram or Sara though.

I honestly don't know why people pick tracer anymore. It's bad enough she gets dumped on by the last 10 heroes released, but this video shows it's worse than that.
