I've heard some bad shit about the character faces in TPHD, can you confirm or deny that?

if memory serves me correctly from the smash cloud DLC, it still goes through the process of completing the download, but then says "an error occurred while downloading, please open up the eshop, go to 'purchased items,' and select 're-download'"

In my experience, if you get it to download, then you're good.

I like the character design, but I wish they had went with more realistic graphics instead of the forced cell shaded Wind Waker/Skyward Sword style.

Damn, this would look okay if it weren't for the lips and nose. Also the lower resolution covered up some of the flaws in the hair model. At least it's nowhere near as bad as the FFX hd "remaster" (remaster on the left).

I like the character design a lot, but I'm also not into the art style, however I wish they'd pushed stylization more instead because the anime/semi-realistic look doesn't go well with cel-shading imo (and realistic graphics are boring to look at anyway).

~ we've seen no fruit bearing trees so we might be eating Cacti or have to prep ahead of schedule for travelling through it
~ Gerudo do not appear openly hostile
~ fortress is gated and walled so walking in isn't happening and either it's impossible to climb over or there's penalties if you're caught
~ have to earn entry
~ Molduga is a/the overworld boss maybe what you have to beat to get access to fortress
~ Camel Great Beast is located there
~ get the Mirror Shield after beating their Dungeon or all their quests
~ cooling items, meals and elixirs introduced
~ get to dress like a version of Ganondorf by putting together Gerudo outfits
~ multiple named Gerudo with distinct designs
~ interesting sidequests

you can't eat companion creatures. horses are confirmed to drop no food the same very likely applies to the Sand Walrus and dogs.

I'm really glad that Nintendo isn't being too realistic with the wildlife. I want to see more of this type of unexpected creature

I just want Gerudos to become the good race again. Outside of one of sages on OoT is a Gerudo, and Ganondorf looking hot, they have done nothing good for the Hyrule's nation. The only game they have done something good was FSA.

I hope they do at least something worthwhile again on BotW.

this is a really fascinating outlook. during the great flood/WW, some of the zora obviously made their way to the surface and evolved to the rito, but obviously there are zora in this game, so they could be the evolution of the zora who remained underwater during WW
