You need 4 Xeno Ifrit axes, 1 replaces the GW dagger mainhand, 1 replaces the baha sword, and the other two replace 2 sticks.

If there's "regular" EX fire weapons in the future before the Ifrit rerun, just farm two of those to replace the sword and one stick.
