Defense doesn't matter much on units, you want to get ones that boost the attack stat of your choice and PP as much as possible.

Everyone is already tekking their fornis as light anyway since everything relevant is light weak. Sheets are easy enough to fill, the people who care probably have two copies at +35.

Nah, fornis rifle is borderline unkillable with massive hunter+parallel slider. Fornis katana would be pretty OP, but I feel like braver is near on unkillable as it is so the pp regen on astra would still be better. I'm an automate shitter though so take what I say with a teaspoon of sugar.

for example, redran's mine can be detonated with any other attack, laser/burst/gravity

considering building a maron grenade bag, but currently use popple, redran, maron.

aero's slash windup takes forever and often the weakpoint is hidden again or enemy moves by the time i can let it go

can the other pets, jinga, viola, synchro, do high damage? i only recently found out how synchro even works with the alternating pa combo system.

also would like to get a rappy pet as it's the only one i don't have but haven't heard anything about it since release with the magazine code or whatever

Viola is a tank and doesn't really do any damage at all, she's not even worth leveling.
Synchro can do good damage if you somehow manage to position it properly, which is next to impossible with how shit the pet controls are and how bosses in this game generally don't like to sit around in the same spot for minutes.
I never really used Jinga, maybe once I get a 13* for it

from what i can gather on synchro, you chain pa's together and finish with geki, presumably under a chain trigger for high damage. is there any info on how many attacks need to or even can be chained?

i've also seen some use aero's slash but it charges up way faster than the 5? seconds it takes me

Oh. Been a while I guess, if I had to estimate probably about a year and a half, maybe two. The days sort of blur together after a while.
Video games are my go-to for taking my mind off it and PSO has been doing really well for that, only been playing for about a week but now I'm worried I'll never look at it the same again.

As far as I know, the .bat file method only bypasses the launcher so the game doesn't overwrite unauthorized files automatically. If there are any bad files, just run the launcher normally and they'll be replaced by the launcher's file check process.

You get better at living with it once you've had it for enough years. It's not perfect but the crushing sadness becomes much more spread out and it's mostly just all numbness.

For the mag I've been feeding it r-atk stuff and the odd house item to keep it's dex down, I think it's level 25 or 30 now with all of it's points in r-atk.
I've been forgetting to put in my skill points for a while now so I probably have a bunch just sitting there. Is it costly to respec a tree if you fuck it up really badly?

I wish they'd release 12* units that are worth upgrading to that aren't behind complete garbage drop rates. Farmed multiple Gix and have half of the mother weps at or about to be +35 and I've never seen a ray or astra unit. Never seen an invade either but even that is barely worth it nowadays.

SH is pretty horrible because all the players have bad gear and are bad at the game.
Sega rarely gives out free skill tree resets but you really shouldn't mess up your tree.

They only give out skill tree reset passes when they make balance changes. Don't mess up your tree if you can help it, as someone who's been playing for 2 years i barely have over a dozen.

It depends, they slowed down changes tremendously in ep4. There's been barely any so it's been a pass drought for a while. It feels like they don't know how how to progress at this point sometimes.

Ruins SHAQ (lv71+ enemies), and I think maybe Heaven & Hell XQ 6-10 both drop Nero stones, but rates are terrible in SHAQ, and XQ is limited to 5 runs per week.

You could also run LQ for badges and convert them into stones at 20 per stone. Or buy Solo PD triggers which drops up to 3 for 50 badges (usually 1-2 though).

Violet's stomp while awakened does a lot of damage.

force is really good when maxed but it's a pretty rough class for a first character because it takes a lot of time and money to get set up properly

They have no PP and only 20 of each atk stat, you really aren't meant to use more than one piece of it if you really want to not die.

Some Launcher PAs are too slow or not strong enough. Cosmos Breaker would be great if it wasn't slow to get to the target and Cracker Bullet should detonate Zondeel if it's going to break at contact. Same with Gravity bomb. REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

While mostly true, the other PAs are more useful than that. Guren just does everything a little too well so you end up using it so much more than anything else.

A lot of PAs are useless besides some situational volg combos. Weapon does no damage without volg.

Not really about comparing to other weapons but rather about what weapon gameplay boils down to.

They already have, multiple sets. Good luck getting any of them to drop though.
