When someone thinks that Neechy's 'eternal return' is a literal reincarnation thing

Anything related with "this board is retarded" or "Veeky Forums is the worst board", or similar sentences.

This board is often far from serious or reliable and some posters sometimes act like they are, indeed, retarded. But that's no excuse to throw a tantrum at the minimal sign of auto-perceived inaccuracy. You either demand sources, provide sources or just leave. If you feel it's specially ridiculous, maybe say it one time before leaving but don't act cocky if you can't prove why it is. I've seen people here shouting "RETARD, RETARD" while providing nothing but non-backed personal opinions that often are a repetition of what they've already said for a couple of posts without any source. People that doesn't attempt to educate but to show how smart and cultured they are. The fact that they could be defending the right position (often they're not) is irrelevant, by the way.

While I can't deal with memesters ruining a thread, it's even worst for me when alleged cultured people behave like angry children. This is a phenomenon I've seen quite a lot here, be it actual cultured people with no emotional self-control or uninformed people who happen to also be arrogant. If we want this place to become somewhat more serious, this kind of behaviour is the first thing we must fight against.

I've never caused such tantrums, since more often than not I just lurk. I don't know how you misinterpreted my post so badly unless you're, in fact, one of those emotionally unstable anons and felt offended. Because, honestly, I don't know how a person not blinded by feelings can interpret "deal with misinformation with sourced informed statements, not empty arguments and insults, or don't bother" as "deal with misinformation by treating it as if it's equal to the truth".

Are you implying there is no distinction between a representation and an object, or are you saying that calling representations not 'real' is illogical?
