You can get around 200 dps with an alpha vexor with medium drones, which is fine enough to break a core admiral's reps

Only way I knew how to make a decent amount of isk was years ago buying up ore and selling minerals with 100% refine rate, but that ship has sailed.

Salvage for a couple of weeks, if you're in a big corp with lots of carrier ratters you'll get a lot of isk/hour while training drone skills
Buy VNI and rat, compare ticks to salvaging isk/hour

There are currently 8 HK/PL supers within jump range of that Keepstar, they're sitting there waiting for c4k to do retarded shit as usual like dropping supers on interceptors and jumping a rorqual into a wh as "bait" with supers ready to jump on it.

I can't remember the exact system they're sitting in but as long as you scout and plan your jump route you should be fine.

Heron if you are Caldari. Exploration is rng though you can get bored quickly if you can't find anything in 50 jumps.
