yes necro is the best class for solo pve, but be ready to trash the character once you want to get into raids or group play

Should i just destroy them? Is there someone i can vendor them to? Added up they would vendor for about 30g i think. I have a lot of them and dont want to destroy them unless i cant sell them.

You should be able to sell them to a vendor. You can't sell them because you probably have them in an invisible bag slot. Items in those slots won't appear on the sell list.
