Wouldn't it be to directly feed fattened-up 10*s instead of using a 12* as the middleman?

If you only care about saving meseta, you dump emper embrace onto 1* weapons and feed those into the 13*. The balance is just combining dio into each other which uses a fair bit of both meseta and lambda but nothing extreme for either.

The cheapest way is to feed Empers of the same weapon type directly and not bothering with pre-grinding fodder. You will burn through a ton of Lambdas that way though and those are a lot harder to come by in bulk than Meseta, so it's not really recommended.

Someone said in this general a few days ago that solo PD will only be invulnerable for extended periods of time if you take too long but that is definitely not the case. My PD decided to fly away and do asteroids, immediately did 3 sword swipes, did the attack where he flies over the platform twice that instakills and then immediately went and did asteroids again. This was with about 12:30 left on the clock. If I didn't already have S-rank I'd be pretty pissed about losing the run to that.

PD can definitely decide to fly around even when you're not taking too long. Of course when you're taking longer it's more likely that he will do that but he might just decide to fuck you over at any time.
