Jeep doesn't make big enough axles and they don't need to. Stock Jeeps are Gucci grocery getters that can tow a little and are more capable than most other vehicles in their class at off-roading. Ford/GM etc make vehicles that are meant to haul shit like bricks and horses, they have to be beefier.
