The build for S3 was Pen Boots, Book, Chronos, Obsidian, Tahuti, Soul Reaver.
For S4, the expensiveness of Chronos may make one not want to buy it, but I still think its good, especially on Nox. Its essentially the same build, but you can take out Obs for Magus or Desu. Depends on how you're doing gold wise. Magus ultimate makes her combo do more damage long as you get the ticks with your one beforehand which one should 80% of the time.

3 second 40% ms boost is fucking NOTHING. You know what's better? Mercury's steroid because he has +10 ms at all times. Her whole issue is that her onslaught is stoppable and with ult down Kaldr gets shat on by errant aoe's and MM.

With Nox, you want as much burst damage as possible at one time, and Chronos doesn't allow you to do that. Only bad Nox's built CDR in S3.

Look, I get you are the guy that pushed buying Desu spear in S3 on her, but it was way too expensive.
Nox, at the end of the day, relies on her combo to live. The more frequent she has it, the better. You still have excellent burst regardless. You're not Scylla whose CDs are relatively low that she doesn't need cool down. Nox does, as a frequent multi damage weakening ultimate as well as more opportunities to lock someone down is more important than making her two do 100 more damage. If you play Nox entirely for the burst you should play someone else.

CDR in S3 was a crutch for people who couldn't land her combo. Its systematically better to hit someone once and have them be dead, then to have to hit them two times with your combo because you had to build CDR

Unless you have a 3K Pot and 500 pot, your 1-2 is not gonna one shot anyone regardless if you build CDR or not. Your job isn't to be Scylla, but to cause area disruption to the enemy team and long down a single process for your team to wipe out in the process. CDR is essential to Nox.

You can one shot people whilst building CDR with the pots I fail to see your point. You're building so much raw power for no reason when she already has a power augmentation in her passive and her burst is high as is. I could go 100-0 that Ra bot building everything that had a high damage number next to it, but my high CC and team fight utility is significantly lowered and my build is delayed significantly, making the enemy mid have a lead by default. Missing a Nox combo with the type of build you suggest only makes it worst when she misses it, and she will miss it at one point because everyone does. There's no point in going for a one shot when a build with CDR not only has the potential to, but in an actual game, they will be killed by your team if the initial burst doesn't finish them off.
