The only thing your doing is tilting yourself. people are going to play the most powerful decks. Just like people play "meta" characters in other games. This is nothing new.

The vast majority of people have extremely low self esteem, the truth is that they actually feel better about themselves by spamming a more powerful deck all day. Just let them get there kicks if you meme, then you really are the true winner because at least you are playing something you enjoy.

It stalls daria's burn and boosts, it cucks d-shift, it prevents Seraph countdown spam, it prevents roach bouncing with nature's guidance, it would protect a big board from themis or revelation.

Taunt heavy decks "can" counter it but the wolfcoming version in turn counters those. There's no true counter to the deck, rushing them down doesn't even work if they draw early 1 drops into turn 3 ancient elf.

This week on Shadowlog;
Rune - Daria gets 1% more win rate, Dshift loses .7% and Dirt almost 3%. They are now at 53.4%, 45.9% and 42.5% (RIP).
Forest - Roach gains .3% win rate and remains at the 55.8% slot, on more exciting news, apparently tempo Forest is back with 3.3k games and 57.5% win ratio, I've played some lately and can at least confirm it seems to be gaining steam again.
Sword - Control finally fell off the 50% win ratio (which means I can't make fun at other control decks anymore), it ended the week at 49.4%. Possibly because dshift and Nep both had higher participation % than last week. Mid-range is at 52.7% though, that's a 2.2% increase from last week. Aggro lost 3.3%, and ended at 47.9%. The fishes may be dancing.
Dragon - Ramp keeps losing win ratio every week for some reason, despite most lists being about the same. This time around it took a 1.1% hit and ended at 44.3%.
Shadow - Aggro gained .8% win rate, putting itself back at the 50%+ line. Nep gained 1.8% and put itself at 49.9%. Cerberus continues to be the best Shadowcraft girl.
Blood - Aggro keeps itself at 49% winratio like every other week since the meta stabilized, pretty good if you ask me. Still kinda sad to see since it had almost 60% on the opening weeks. Control on the other hand, Jesus Christ, ended at 39.7%. I can't even make any jokes at this point, just do yourself a favor and don't play control Blood on masters, results may vary.
Haven - Seraph ended at 48.9% win ratio, gaining .7%, and Sun lost 2%, ended at 45.1%. Boring ass shit.

TL;DR - Less overall number of games, most decks stayed around the same usage #, though. Roach and Daria together lost around 10.3k games from 20k total. Win rates for most popular stuff that ins't Daria and Roach seems pretty balanced. Mid-Sword and Tempo Elf are trying to bring some DE salt back on the ladder and control Blood has literally less than 40% win ratio. Dragon continues to be unstable.

I don't know, I think it's fine if you start first or if you start second but manage to kill enough that the AE only becomes a 3/4 that you can kill with an evolved 2 pp follower.

That's really sad, everyone was so excited about it.

On the other hand I saw the writing on the wall when I realized Control Blood was just "heal a lot and go into Vengeance just to heal more" so I've been trying to make a Tempo Blood.

And then I just ended up with Aggro Bats. RIP Blood.

If you waste turns trading you risk getting rushed down by roaches on turn 6. It's like the Daria matchups where they can simply out aggro you.

Why is control blood doing so badly? I get it's an instant loss against Dshift but they aren't that common. Is this Roach in action?

It loses extremely hard versus Roach and Dshift while also getting dicked by ramp and control Sword on the side, these decks are really popular and the advtange they have versus Daria can't carry the bad shit.

Also was attracted to some shiny stuff Feena had on her. The Goblin King was on nasty power. Can't remember much of it desu, will have to do some digging and refresh my memory

No one is built around dealing with Tempo elf right now just like no one was building around aggro bats at the start of RoB.

I wonder how many of these mid-sword wins are actually more aggressive control lists. If you go Veteran/Unica, Trooper, Floral, Alberto/Aurelia, Alwidas it's pretty much a mid-range curve. I personally did better this week around on control so iunno, I do agree with the data when it comes to Nep and Dshift being more common so I can see the performance tanking a bit.

Neph is becoming cancerous in ladder so ramp is dying.

CoC+Laura+Limil is arguably the most satisfying thing in the game though, I think it's worth playing just to pull that off.

control blood only has favorable matchups against aggro because they can heal to safety. roach kills them from 20, dragon does what they do better and faster, daria has enough burn to leave them at 11 and finish them off with spells and blade mages, and d shift kills them from 20.

roach and daria existing takes away their mary burst as a wincon because they're forced to run more defensive cards which means their other matchups now suffer as a result. shadow being the only strong aggro deck doesn't help either, roach and daria have the ability to out aggro the aggro decks so people see little reason to play them when they can play daria or roach instead. if it wasn't for the cerb + phantom howl burst even shadow wouldn't see play.
