Hopefully this means they might add more tickets for the next event in July. Quite a few books have already appeared on Alicebooks and there's several that will be available in some form later on (a Flowey/Frisk will be released online, AtAt's plushies etc are set to be released some time in a couple months etc).

Are they planning at hosting it at a larger venue, or at least with more halls? The ticket limit was implemented so that it wouldn't be a hazard to have that many people in a small space.

I haven't heard anything regarding that, but to be fair, I think they were also just guessing this time. Now that they have an estimate of how many people would like to attend, maybe they'll prepare accordingly? Or at least that's what I hope for.

I joined about a year ago and while the posting has slowed down, the fandom in general is still going strong. Judging by the fact that its popularity has been enough for a fan event in Korea and Japan (even though the official Japanese version isn't even out yet) I'd say it'll stick around for a while long.

And thanks! Any doujin would be greatly appreciate, I'm not even that hung up on the porn, I'd just like for as many doujins to be preserved as possible, since some of them are pretty entertaining. Don't feel pressured though, whatever you feel like grabbing, I'm sure most people would appreciate it anyway.

I admit, I've scanned some things that are over a year old and impossible to buy, but any of this Undertale stuff would probably be too recent for me.

I am already planning on going, though I'm already considering the worst case scenarios. What if something comes up that prevents me from attending, what if I end up not getting a ticket again, what if the doujins are sold out but someone has already paid for it, etc. If you're willing to give it a shot, then I'm game. PayPal is probably fine, and I'd probably maybe split up some of the cost of shipping/travel/etc. between however many people want things, but that kind of talk can wait until the summer, where I'll probably come visit these threads again in preparation for the event.

There's been a couple, but I can't recall a lot of names. Storyshift doesn't really count since it's got a different story. Underline had a pretty awful one ("Asriel we must destroy the humans!" "No Chara, that's bad!" "Okay, let's not then."--among other things)

Generally whenever someone seriously tries to pin the blame on Asriel and/or defend Chara with "well they specifically never killed anyone but themselves", you can tell you're in for something bad.

Odd, I usually see a lot more stuff address Flowey being a little shit before-during-after the game, rarely does he get to be completely blameless, self-loathing and such are pretty much staples of any post-TP depiction.

The only one I can recall is the one where Flowey argues how awful Asgore is for having killed kids and completely ignoring how he probably killed/tortured Asgore, but that comic was made by a floweykin who worships daddy Sans, so not much to expect there.

Unless you count individual artworks, but having to address that in every artwork would be like having Asgore stab children on every drawing.

You can't really have him randomly kill people on the surface though. I like ones where he wants to but can't entirely control himself and ends up accidentally hurting people verbally/physically, but unless you go for a really grimdark interpretation, you can't really have regular UT Flowey, especially since he's different now than during the game.
