During most of the game I have a solid 100-120 fps. However occasionally every so often I get a late game teamfight that has so many particles my fps drops substantially. Is this because of my processor? Or graphics card?

Wall hopping is THE most retarded bullshit mechanic in this entire game. Literally no character without an ability to jump a wall is worth playing. Talon used to be average at best, and now that he's le epick wall jumping ninja xD he can delete any champion whenever he wants, and escape whenever he wants.
Remove wall hopping and this game instantly becomes better.
