I maxed Monet with only 15 books
I maxed Sogeking with only 15 books.
I keep consistently getting 2/5 on everyone else.
I only had 1 really upsetting failure and that was 0/9 on Marco.

Everything else has gone like ridiculously good for me.

I had 1 in 5 so far, so I'm waiting to do the rest until the event is almost over, maybe we'll get a permanent skillup increase

My SW Usopp got 5 skill ups in 18 copies, pretty gud.
