Ana is hands down best healer. Lucio pairs best with her and his movespeed buff is mandatory. Both Zen and Mercy fall far behind them.

Rein is also mandatory cause of shield. Zarya was good before but with hook nerf she can't now consistently bubble anyone who gets hooked so she counters the already lesser picked roadhog. D.Va is last place and Winston won't be popular considering how tanky the meta will be so flanking tanks are unpopular hence he is unpopular.

Soldier was best dps and still is clearly above all the rest. Except bastion who now not only out dpses 76 but has less spread and more utility and becomes so godly when ult paired with Ana that they had to introduce a 70% damage resistance cap on the PTR just to give teams the chance to be able to kill him. No other dps comes close to either of them. Flankers aren't popular considering the dps can both heal themselves and the tanks are crazy durable and the healers that are in the meta have the highest health and best survivability.
