Played around with the idea myself. In the end existing builds (either Storm for aggro or Sun Satan for control) just worked better.

I played Neutralcraft for Dragon and Rune dailies a long time ago. It's not a very good deck, you can really only expect to beat memes and people who bricked.

Use the spreadsheet in the OP for now. You'll slowly understand what is good and what is bad in terms of cards as you get more experienced with the game.
For classes it goes something like
Sword > Shadow = Dragon > Haven > Rune > Forest = Blood

Is Dragonewt OTK going to be as hurt by the gobbo nerf as Roach? Cause I feel like it wouldn't be "too" hard to get rid of 1pp followers in that deck.

There's nothing worse than a company going crazy with the nerf bat. You don't want rune going from high tier to shit tier, you just want everything to be relatively close. This nerf brings the turn 4 Levi+piercing+crimson combo into reasonable, but still great value territory.

The only one not affected by this change is the control variant. You know, the one that spends 2PP per turn to stack on defense.

All this nerf does is stop the levi/rune autowin turn 4 while going 2nd with daria. Daria can still shit out nearly double otohime of value a turn earlier than sword.

3 Strike and 3 DoD are too much for any aggro deck IMO. They are quick burn that are important to finish the game or clear wards, but they don't place a body on the board, what is a big deal. They lead to a lot of bricks as well.

That's debatable, both are good options. Unica is too strong of a 2 drop in aggro mirror, especially when going second.

having a couple of dod/demonic on hand is never a brick though

and you pick 3x not to use all 3 but to have a chance to pull one
