Yes. Run the sig_patch or haxchiFW or whatever before installing the DLC. Keep inmind you'll have to run that thing every time before opening the game now on.

If you're installing DLC/Eshop titles, you must run MOCHA before you do it. Its pretty idiot proof since it tells you if you try and install it without doing so. If you're not, it doesn't matter.
