Nah handbuff is more of an archetype. A meme deck has a clear goal for how it wins but uses ridiculous cards and has such a small chance of pulling off its goal that it rarely wins.

For all intents and purposes you can simply replace the word meme with joke and it works in just about any context.

Yogg-Saron is potentially viable though. It gives you a favourable chance of powerful spell effects in a game all about RNG anyway.

Only really fits into Freeze Mage though hence not being competitive.

yogg spell heavy decks used to be over on turn 10. someone was bound to die and it basically came down to a coin flip with an extra ~15% advantage to you. awful design

For control? Removal spells are cheaper and more effective
For aggro? Leeroy is one mana cheaper and it doesn't have a retarded condition

Renounce is top tier meme material.

Evolve Shaman sounds pretty fun, but there's not enough evolve to build around so it's probably just midrange Shaman with some evolve shenanigans.

Other two don't sound all that fun and you could probably ladder with them.
