No, I've done it multiple times against multiple opponents

Hidden Stance has invincibility frames on start up, if you time it right you're save.

How do you deal with peacekeepers? They initiate is too fast to be parried by humans and blocks don't interrupt their light attacks. On top of this they can attack from a different direction before you're even allowed to swap guard.
I refuse to play against them in duels with the current state of the game, it's just ridiculous.
