Probably not the weird you'd expect, but when I was working through the elder Kai training Gohan fucked the the demonstration, leaving me trapped like this. I couldn't move at all by using any button other than jump, and it only let me jump a tiny bit, but if I pushed forward on the stick after the jump I could ever so slightly move forward.
