Back when the whole concept of Beasts were introduced they basically said the purpose of the 7 Grands was to fight the 7 Beasts. It's not stated outright but pretty heavily implied and quite logical

There isn't really any other explanation why King Hassan didn't pop in to help fight Goetia when he already showed the ability in Babylon to basically summon himself to fight Tiamat, other than KH knowing that Solomon's got Goetia covered.

His good points are he has 3 Arts to compensate his pretty low NP gain(which in turn makes him only have 1 Buster card, another minus) and his NP is a pretty strong ST NP.
