Even with her front water it's irrelevant. Buffing the MC while having echoes of her own and a party fire buff is already enough to make her the second best attacker in her element.

Her party fire buff lasts for 6 turns. With Fire's natural DA/TA with Athena Spears and Xeno Axe she can have 100% uptime of that buff.

Her echoes are 30% which are less than Metera, but that's irrelevant because she gives the MC an additional set of echoes which results in way more damage.

Her burn has 100% accuracy and on top of it she reduces fire resistance by 15%

And then she has Heles' TA buff on top of it even though that's not as relevant in an Agni pool

She is shit by virtue of being worse than S.Beatrix and Casual Zeta. if you aren't the top class of your element you are shit.
