Revo Ra is ideal, but anything similar that can reasonably get over MZeus' combo shield with enough damage will do it (Roots, RaDra, etc). Just having HP won't help you because of the 80% gravity followed by the 30k nuke pre-emptives. Needs healing or shields.

There is barely a difference between all three. They can all clear the same content with roughly the same level of difficulty.

Pair with another revo ra and just make sure you bring an enhance to kill kali. It will work fine if you're good enough.

I meant to also say pairing with radra is fine too. Just remember that Sherias and lkali will not make boards that trigger Radra's full multiplier.

Like the other user said, you should be able to take Kali's hit with a fully plussed team and with Indra's shield if you can't get her below 65% on turn 1. You don't necessarily need an enhance but it's nice to have.
