Ok, why didn't Kaito knock out or even kill Ouma before letting the press crush him?
The cameras were down anyway and anything he could've used to kill/knock out Ouma (a blunt object, a knife) could've been tossed under the press and crushed along with his body with no way to recover it (given they never lift the press again anyway). It seems less cruel to knock him out or kill him quickly than to let him get slowly crushed. Sure Ouma agreed to it but Kaito could've easily done it out of mercy since Ouma was so weak anyway.
Come to think of it, Ouma could've killed himself while on the press while the cameras were down and Kaito would still be voted the murderer as he pushed the button and there was no way to know if Ouma was already dead by the time he was squished.

How do the remembering flashlights work with Kiibo? Clearly they do some sort of mindhacc, but I don't think you can do the same kind of mindhacc on both humans and robots. Unless TDR just remotely downloads the memory onto Kiibo using his antenna or something.
Additionally, Tsumugi says the flashlights can only layer on more memories and not delete any. Considering Kiibo's original programming is left untouched without the antenna, does that mean he has his pre-game memories when he's flying around blasting shit up as they clearly weren't able to modify them to the same extent as the human characters?
