You can stack bullshit stats so you get revenge when hurt at a high speed, then just gib people

Peacekeepers can get a Martyrdom perk

LB's other parry options do work. They are guaranteed on light attack parries. He gets 45 damage and a stun if you parry a light attack, or 50 damage and a stun if you parry a light attack near a wall(Left or right Heavy after parry into top heavy if they hit a wall).
It's absolutely ridiculous if you're able to parry light attacks.

Conq guide writer here. The outs against heavy-heavybash-heavy-etc. infinite are to sidedodge the heavybash (being hit by the heavy attack does not in any way confirm the heavybash, you can still dodge) and to just block the heavy after the heavybash (which you can always do, except if the heavybash gets wallstun). That's it. Just block it. Testing showed that you don't regain control in time to dodge and we couldn't get a successful parry off a single time, but you can just set your guard to block in the appropriate direction. It's kind of similar to when a character tries to use an unconfirmable heavy attack after a GB, like Peacekeeper, Conqueror using a top heavy, or Raider.

A heavybash that wallstuns confirms another heavy, but again you can just sidedodge the next heavybash - the only situation in which this doesn't work is if you are perfectly jammed into a corner, in which case you have no one but yourself to blame.

It's mostly prediction and learning the game/characters. LB is "Hard" for a reason. Most dash attacks are lights but Nobushi has both light and heavy dash attacks and Peacekeeper only has heavy dash attacks.
Also, I'm not sure what you mean by most other characters getting specials off standard parries.

bring second wind, when he splits into three you can run back and he wont aggro anymore, on the last phase just push him off the bridge and plunge attack

Not the best Valkyrie, but

Use your dodge-lights to poke them to death, follow with combos, get in and out fast and stay mobile.

Look for opportunities to dodgeblock and apply bleed, but it's a little awkward, so don't lean on it.

After you heavy, guardbreak to shield slam them, then back-heavy to sweep them, then you usually get a guaranteed heavy and can repeat the process as long as you have stamina.

Your shield charge (back dodge and guard break) can be cancelled into a poke.

Remember to flirt with them in /all chat so they take it easy on you.

Remember that hitting light and heavy at the same time when dodging is an option select. If you accidentally land the dodgeblock, you do the heavy bleed counter, otherwise you do the normal dodge light. This way you don't need to worry too hard about deliberately looking for the dodgeblock.

she's easily the best class in the game in 4v4 modes, and top tier in others

Martydom isn't actually that great of a perk though, sharpen blades is the really OP one. Not sure if you can have both at once or what the alternatives to martydom are though.

Conqueror's fucking flail always glitches out in the most amusing ways after he dies.

I swear at least half the times I die, my flail just floats up into the sky with a jaunty bouncing motion.
