Did research about this issue online. Found about 5 forum posts about people having the same problem, and all have reported it up to two months ago.
If you get your agility experience cap of 800,000xp in the Empty Throne Room you, for no particular reason, are unable to get experience for depositing the crystals themselves through mining.
This means I'm losing 560xp per fucking inventory. Thanks Jagex.

Do you use the yak scroll to bank the bones? Is the yak spec bar even able to keep up with you? I'd thought of just banking the bones every time my inventory was full by home teleporting to prif/edgeville and then teleporting back to the cave with the cape
ya but it doesn't regen fast enough to camp there 100%, just keep a tokkul-zo in one slot for a quick bank slot and fill whatever beast of burden you want to use since you can get teleport there fast
