ITT: We post all of the non-maintenance repairs we have ever done on our cars and you guess what car we have.

I'll start:

>Valve-body selonoid pack.
>One O2 sensor
>Rusted AC line.
>Busted AC compressor
>PCV valve.
>Vacuum lines for cruise control.
>Radiator asploded last Tuesday with no warning. Pic related is the damaged replacement part I got in the mail. Fixed it yesterday.

>Non-maintenance repairs.
>because I'm afraid of people disagreeing me modding my vehicle

Upkeep is important if you intend to keep the car. Or don't want to have to buy a new car every three months.

>ac busted
>radiatir asploded
what shit car?

auto to manual swap
rear drum to disc and bigger fronts
engine swap
lightweight flywheel and more aggressive clutch
silicon hoses
radiator replacement two weeks ago
turbo replacement over the weekend

Rust, rust rust rust rust rust rust rust- nothing else.

Oh god here we go.
Rear end x2, spider gears in rear x2, lsd install x1, gears
Trans x3, Trans rebuild x1
Engine x3, engine rebuild x1
Nose (including bumper cover and reinforcement) x3
Fuel pump upgraded to aftermarket with wiring harness upgrade
Shocks, bushings and ball joints at 300k MI
Water pump x2
Radiator x2

I've hydrolocked 2 engines, spun bearings in one other, blown out 4 rears, lost 3rd and 4th in multiple transmissions and totally fucked another, I race on the weekends, spend hours fucking around offroad, and generally drive the piss out of it.

>Ait intake replacement, my last one was niggerrigged with bug screen.

>Fuel pump replacement
>new thermostat and rad hoses
>Aluminium radiator
>New distributor cap, plugs, and contact.
>Short shifter

Explorer

Go fish

I'll go

>waterpump dead leaking from weep hole
>leaked on distributor and killed it
>radiator cracked
>A/C condenser cracked
>rear brake line detached and got stuck in driveshaft
>1 tranny replacement
>Trans about to go again
>sparkplugs near impossible to get to due to MURRICA VEEATE
>Rear end killed itself

Hint: v8

Lt1 fbody. I'll say a camaro?

Firebird, but you got it

Even better.

Chrysler?
I know its got an Iron block whatever it is.

>Third brake light bulb
>Right rear turn signal bulb
>Replaced rice HID's with silverstars
I still need to get my highbeams working, but that means taking apart the trim on the steering column.

>Fuel pump
>Headgasket
>Headgasket immediately after.
>ARP headbolts
>Fuel pump and "lifetime" filter

can you use a pair of pliers to just get rid of the dents? is it advisable? there are a fuckload of dents in mine.

there's a plastic tool specifically for doing this

>plugs
>wires
>ignition pack
>radiator rust treatments
>rear diff cover to a machined cover

Oh and a K&N air filter

>Replaced radiator and hoses
>Replaced moonroof
>Replaced all 4 struts
>Replaced front rotors
>Changed transmission filter
>Replaced an O2 sensor
>Replaced fuel filter
>Cleaned MAF and throttle body

Mostly just basic maintanance and small shit.

Owned from 86k to 190k miles

wheel cylinders

>Buy suby
>3 days later
>new head gaskets
>machined heads
>blue max the fuck out of everything

been lazy lately but it currently needs:
>rear wheel bearing starting to fail
>both front CV, drivers side inner joint burnt up from no oil, passenger side outer joint clicks at full lock
>oil seperator plate inside the bell housing leaks like a sieve.
>tranny filter and oil replacement, hydraulic whirr at speed and slipping in 1st just after going into D

because i dont feel like hitting the character limit in my post, im just going to list one.
>hardened steel balance shaft gear fucking shredded after walking itself off the shaft

with hardened parts the set screw torque is 3x higher because without a taper it's the only thing holding it axially.

no set screw, it's pressed on.

>Handbrake cable snapped
>Door panel vinyl trimming adhesive failure
>Handbrake cable snapped again
>Other door panel vinyl trimming adhesive failure

>hear blinker click every time the wipers go up

Just Ford things

>Engine fan
>Radiator
>Foglight
>OBC screen

I'll do my old car, as my new one hasn't had anything done to it of yet.

>valve cover gasket leak, which cracked the thermostat housing
>engine mounts, twice
>cv boot
>gas tank floater thing stopped working
>had to replace the entire TB assembly as the manufacturer revised it due to low voltage issues, discontinuing the old TB (in 2003 or so?) (this should be the dead giveaway)

OK, Go:

Gearbox x2
Turbo x1
CV joints left
Both rear wheel bearings x2.

All under guarantee though/

2002 Chrysler Concorde Limited (non-shit trim)

Right brand.
> me
Aluminum block, though. Chrysler's 3.5 and 4.0 V6's were aluminum after like, 1997.
I just pushed it back out and straightened the fins.

Use a small screw-driver, desu, best results.
