Just a fairly generic tempo deck adjusted with RoB cards. Mulligan like you would any tempo deck. Keep low drops and if you get a sweet AE opener pump your fist. I'm not entirely sold on including vanilla Gobu so she's not in, since she's just a 2/2 for 3 stat-wise. But the Feena Gobu might actually benefit from the nerf, since she might be able to get you the 1-drop you need for a turn 6 Tia activation.
