It's hard because the game relies a lot on synergy. So even if a player is good, it may not be as used because it has no synergy with other players. For example, most people would think that Rudiel is disposable garbage, since she has no totem whatsoever, and none of her skills are game-breaking, but she has seen some uses in galaxy Kirin frontlines in the past.
